Refund Policy

Clear guidance on what can and cannot be refunded.

Onboarding fee

The £75 onboarding fee is non-refundable.

Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once work has commenced for that month.

Project deposit of 50% is non-refundable once work has begun.

If we are unable to complete a project due to our own error, a full or partial refund will be considered.

Disputes should be raised at liisa@bellarosecreative.co.uk — we aim to respond within 5 working days.
