Services

Services are provided as agreed in each individual client proposal. Any work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately before work begins.

Payment terms

• A £75 non-refundable onboarding fee is payable before work begins.
• Monthly retainers are payable in advance.
• Project fees are 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
• Invoices are due within 14 days.
• Late payments incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel an ongoing engagement with 30 days’ written notice by email to liisa@bellarosecreative.co.uk. The onboarding fee is non-refundable.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide timely feedback within 48 hours, supply brand assets promptly and designate a single point of contact for the duration of the engagement.

Intellectual property

All content becomes client property on full payment. We retain the right to use the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

Two revision rounds are included per deliverable unless otherwise agreed.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during and after the engagement private.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months prior to any claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
